Carboxy Modifier C10 (5' modification)
The Carboxy-Modifier C10 generates NHS activated carboxy functions at the 5'-end of still protected and support-bound oligonucleotides. Such oligonucleotides may be further modified in an on-column reaction, e.g. with a fluorescent dye bearing a reactive primary amino group.
